Eligibility

Entrance Test / Interview

For admission in Bachelor of Pharmacy & Diploma in Pharmacy course, Students should pass 12th with essential subject as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology from (10+2) education system of Board of secondary education, Chhattisgarh or equivalent exam from any recognized board with minimum 45% marks for UR category and with a minimum of 40% marks for SC, ST, OBC category and PWD candidate of Chhattisgarh. Unreserved Category Students have to secure minimum 10% marks and Reserved Category Students have to secure minimum 5% marks in the PPHT entrance examination. Students who have two year Diploma in Pharmacy are also eligible for lateral entry in Bachelor of Pharmacy

  3. Original Transfer Certificate
  4. Photocopy of Address & Identity proof
  5. 5 Recent passport size photographs of the child
  6. 1 Passport size photograph of father and mother
  7. 1 Passport size photograph of local guardian (if any)
  8. Aadhaar Card
